Any amount, printed on actual nice paper at the desk or emailed same-day if you've left it to the last minute (we notice a pattern every December 23rd, and we judge no one).
Certificates never expire — Oregon law says so and we'd do it anyway. If a price changes between purchase and use, the certificate covers what it says it covers.
