Since 2004 Valhalla Coffee Roasters has been in Tacoma roasting coffee since 2004. Over the last eight years we have grown, changed, and morphed into what we do today. Roasting darn good coffee.
Our Promise Our promise is to create the freshest and highest quality beans available through traditional hand roasting in small batches, right here in Tacoma. We pride ourselves on being a small business that caters to fellow members of the local community.
Equipment Maintenance In addition, we provide over thirty years of general coffee, espresso and equipment expertise to all of our customers. This includes barista training, equipment maintenance, and general coffee education.
Wholesale & Retail We are a wholesale & retail coffee roaster with a wide array of delicious, handcrafted specialty blends and varietals including Valkyrie Blend, Viking Blend, French Roast, Espresso Blend, Sumatra, Ethiopian Harrar and more!

On thursday, at 11am…..we get to install our new Synesso! This is a great thing. For serious.

Whoohoo!!!

But, with every great thing, there is a downside….

From 11 o’clock to until the new machine is installed, we will obviously not be preparing any espresso beverages…

BUT, we will be serving pour-over drip and French Press for FREEEEEEEEE!!

Pretty awesome, I know.
